Semper can teleport randomly, however he usually teleports when the player gets too close to them. Semper's main and most common ability is teleportation. It has happened to me and its the result of missing content. It's a script error when compiling missing model content.The default is to switch to player.mdl which has been a thing for player entities since the 2004 release. Unrecognized "The gmod authors never would included stuff like that intentionally.
